How to Trim/Cut your TWA

Hello Lovelies, hope you all are having a great weekend. So since going short, I have had to trim my hair to maintain the length/shape that I want (I reckon this would be done twice a month). For me, I am fortunate to have my mom who helps me when I need to use the clippers for the back of my hair. Current State of My Hair

Hope you all are having a great weekend. Well a lot has happened and that includes my recent (lost count of how many) BC. I had been wigging it for about a month, and I dreaded dealing with my then thick hair and so I took the easy way out. I cut it off then slapped on some hair color. I present to you my low haircut and color by SoftSheen Carson Dark and Lovely in golden brown. I will update on how I keep my hair moisture while in its colored state on another post.

So while I was minding my business on IG, I came across this Toke Makinwa's picture. Her braids were of course giving me life, until she said this...wait for it...Yep it is a wig! She would have fooled me for a min. It looks so like the real deal and I think I want one. Now ladies, we all know how our behinds be hurting and depending on the kind of braids you get, the hot water ordeal is no joke. Yea I think I will pass, just give me a wig. Who is digging Grace Gealey aka "Boo Boo Kitty" Short Haircut?

Hello Lovelies, It has been a min. Well so we all know the 1st season of 'Empire' has come to an end :(... Well not to worry, as long as they are shooting the next season as we speak, we good :) So as much as Grace Gealey's character, Anika Calhoun aka “Boo Boo Kitty” gets on my very last nerve on the show, you all will agree with me that her short hairdo is always on point. She makes me want to sport some kind of short hairdo, natural or relaxed it doesn't matter as look as hair is off my face. So I just want to share a couple of her hairstyles here for those who are brave to take that leap. I ain't there yet...maybe soon ;).
